Article 1 - Parties

Donor: A natural or legal person who makes a donation to the database via the website [www.al-yusr.org].

Date: The date and time the donor makes the donation to www.al-yusr.org will be recorded in the database.

Article 2 - Subject and Scope of Agreement

The subject of this agreement is a donation transaction between the individual and the Foundation, and the electronic donation is made through the website [www.al-yusr.org]. The donation process defines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the regulations pertaining to remote donation contracts. The Foundation assumes no responsibility for the donation transaction, and the bank providing the virtual point-of-sale services assumes no responsibility for the donation process.

Article 4 - Payment Terms

The donor may, with their full consent and approval, provide their personal information and details of the donation process to the website [www.al-yusr.org] and make the donation using one of the following options: relevant bank credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, electronic transfers, local/international/digital currency transfers, or bank checks.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The donor's contribution does not entail any civil or criminal liability, and they are not obligated to provide any justification for the donation. The donor has the right to withdraw from, abandon, or refuse a donation within seven days of the donation date. Upon receiving notification of withdrawal from the donor, the organization will immediately begin the process of refunding the donated funds through [www.al-yusr.org]. If the refund process requires deducting expenses from the refunded amount for a third party (bank or similar intermediary institution), these expenses will be deducted and refunded according to the refund process of the intermediary bank or institution.

Article 6 - Privacy and Security Policy

The website [www.al-yusr.org] requests your personal information, such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number, as well as the credit card information you will use for the donation and information about the donation process. This information is sent to the bank to process your donation and ensure the effective security of your donor information.

Article 7 - General Provisions

In cases that did not exist and were not foreseen at the time of the donation, and which occurred outside the control of the parties, and which render it impossible for one or both parties to partially or wholly fulfill their obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement, or to fulfill them on time, force majeure shall be considered, such as (natural disasters, wars, terrorism, uprisings, legislative acts, expropriation or strikes, closures, major disruptions to service facilities and communications, etc.). During the duration of the force majeure, neither party shall be liable for any inability to fulfill their obligations.
